Tour to Machu Picchu is the destination today! After picking you up at your accommodation at 4:00 am, we take you to Ollantaytambo Train Station in our own van so you may board the Expedition train at 6:10 am. We will pick you up at your hotel between 5:20 and 5:30 am if you would rather start in Ollantaytambo. At 6:10 a.m., your train leaves Ollantaytambo and enters the slender Vilcanota River canyon right away. Lush subtropical vegetation envelops the high canyon walls on each side. Across the river, keep an eye out for the Inca terraces, some of which are still under cultivation today!
The guide will greet you at the train station when you arrive in Aguas Calientes. Before boarding the shuttle to Machu Picchu, you will have a brief opportunity to purchase a snack. It is a genuinely enchanted location that you will never see anywhere else in the world! It will take around two hours for your guide to give you a tour. Explore the majority of Machu Picchu Citadel’s key features. Find out how Machu Picchu is separated into three areas: residential, religious, and agricultural.
After you’ve seen enough of Machu Picchu’s breathtaking vistas, you’ll return to Aguas Calientes via bus for lunch, which is not included. You could also have time for shopping, sightseeing, a trip to the museum, or a visit to the hot springs, depending on when your train departs.
Following the breathtaking Urubamba River, the Expedition train will return you to Ollantaytambo at 3:20, 4:22, 4:43, or 6:20 p.m. The river has numerous lovely whitewater areas, and the canyon is narrow at Aguas Calientes. If you gaze up on the steep canyon wall, you can also see Wiñay Wayna from the train! When you return to Ollantaytambo, the driver will meet you at the train station exit and bring you in our private vehicle back to your Cusco hotel. Depending on the time of your return train, you should be at the hotel by 7:00 or 10:00 p.m.

With four passenger seats oriented toward one another, the Expedition service is a train built for comfort and allows you to share your experiences with other passengers. They provide racks for your backpacks above the seats for devoted backpackers. With its panoramic windows, heating, air conditioning, food, and Andean music, this train exudes a positive vibe.
Two hours from Cusco, in the Sacred Valley of the Incas, Ollantaytambo is where the expedition service leaves from. When you return from Aguas Calientes, you meet your private vehicle to head back to Cusco and your accommodation. From Cusco, you take our private van to Ollantaytambo to catch the train
