Pisaq Native Market and ruins
We descend into the Sacred Valley of the Incas, whose lower elevation facilitates our transition to the higher altitudes of the Andes. On the way to the town of Pisac , we will stop at the Taray viewpoint and take pictures of the magnificent Sacred Valley of the Incas and then go to the archaeological centre and its colourful Quechua market.
Archaeological Site of Ollantaytambo
Following the archaeological visit of Ollantaytambo shows the presence of terraces and small centres of worship to various Quechua deities such as the condor, the water and the imposing door of the sun, Ollantaytambo still preserves the living Inca city.
Chinchero weaving Market and ruins
Chinchero to admire traditional textiles and stunning mountain views. It is also renowned for its traditional Peruvian culture and handicrafts; here, visitors can visit an Inca palace to learn about its history; in addition, they can observe how traditional Quechua textiles are produced.
Tour Ending – at about 17:45 pm
At the end of the tour, we can drop you off at your hotel or train station in Ollantaytambo in case your travel plans continue to Machupicchu.
